Wickets and Wine
Kiawah Island's recreation staff will introduce you to the various types of recreational croquet. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re a seasoned veteran dressed in white or a beginner wearing flip flops! Drinks will be available for purchase at the Night Heron Bar and Grill for those of age. Please call (843) 768-6001 for further information. Reservations Required. $22/person. Please note this event will be held every Saturday EXCEPT September 20, 2014.

Located at Kiawah’s Night Heron Park. All race participants are REQUIRED to show photo ID (driver’s license, passport or state issued ID) at Packet Pick Up. Please note: You may NOT have someone else pick up your packet. USAT members must bring their membership card. If you forget your card, you will be required to sign up for a one-day membership ($12).

Prepare yourself for the race in this yoga geared for triathletes, or anyone looking for a good stretch at Night Heron Park. Breath awareness, poses, and different stretching techniques will be used to improve your alignment and release your shoulders, back, legs, and hips for the race. Previous yoga experience is not required. Starts at 5PM. Mats are provided. Must be 13yrs of age or older. $9/Triathlon participant. $18/non-participant.

Grab a bite to eat poolside! The Night Heron Grill will be serving continental breakfast items from 6am-10am and lunch 10am-4pm during the Triathlon. Coffee, Juice, Croissants, Muffins, Bagels, Fresh Fruit and assorted snacks will be available for purchase. After 10am, stop by the grill for celebratory Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas.

Join the Fall Festival with entertainment at Night Heron Park this Thanksgiving! A bluegrass band will be pick’n away so stomp your feet then head on out to the park for a kick’n good time! Favorite crowd attractions include an inflatable jump castle, pumpkin bowling, southern lawn games, face painting, and a crazy train.

The Night Heron Grill is opening today! It's open seasonally, weather permitting. Bring family and friends to unwind at the poolside bar and grill. It's a wonderful lunch spot to enjoy refreshing drinks, wraps, burgers, sandwiches and more! While you're there, be sure to ask your server about "The Cup".

There will be competitive races with sunken treasure hunts, gator wrestling and relays at the Night Heron Pool this Easter! Please note, the Night Heron Pool is reserved exclusively for Kiawah Island Golf Resort Guests and Governor's Club Members. Admission is complimentary to this event.

Join in for making unique crafts on the pool deck at the Night Heron Family pool right after the pool games! Crafts will include sand art, plaster magnets, and more! Please keep in mind, pool usage is only for Kiawah Island Resort Guests and Governor's Club Members. Event Cost: $5+
Find out more »Soccer Demo & Fun Games with Temoc Suarez
All soccer enthusiasts are welcome to join on the Night Heron Park Soccer Field at 5:30pm for a demo and games! This event will start with a 20 minute "Professional Soccer Demonstration" followed by games under the direction of Suarez Soccer School, featuring Olympic athlete Temoc Suarez. Temoc played on the US Olypmic soccer team in 1996 and has also spent seven years playing with the US National Teams and MLS. Recommended for ages 5 and up. Admission is complimentary.
