Kiawah Island’s annual marathon is here for it’s 37th year! It offers the option of completing a full marathon or half marathon course that will start and finish in East Beach Village. Don’t forget to enjoy the fantastic views of the beautiful maritime forests, marshes and homes on the island while you’re running!
